Renamed MessagingClient to GenMessagingClient and MessagingClientFactory to GenMessagingClientFactory. Aligns the naming pattern with the API's for modbus and http.
Fixed changed base path due to refactorings for EI-XML loaded from SGrSpecification.
Fixed CommHandler build.gradle: integrationTest did not compile after refactoring.
