Describe the bug
On a coastal tile while forming a caravan to go to another coast city, the boat tried to leave only using the shallow water part of the coast (like a pawn walking) instead of just using the deep water which is shorter and how a real boat should do.
The issue apart from this weird way of getting out of the tile on a coast for a boat is that there were also several rock formations blocking the shallow water to reach the border so the boat didn't find the path to exit because in order to reach it, it has to go through deep water automatically which it does not do, if the caravan is forming on a shallow water that does not need to go through deep water to leave the tile, then there is no problem.
The second problem is that when it came back, it did go in from the deep water, and the pet that was on the cargo instantly spawned on deep water getting stuck there, at least I would expect that the ship spawn the same way it tried to leave the tile and not just throwing the pet on deep water right?
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Set up a coast, then put a boat on the middle on the shallow water. the path to the borders should be blocked by mountain on the shallow water part, but there should be also deep water that can be used in order to sail the ship to the border.
then just try to leave the tile.
then come back to the tile with a pet on the cargo (it should spawn on the deep water part)
