Related to AOBA'S Dead Man Switch: Motorized, one of the vehicle upgrades makes a vehicle autonomous, it doesn't act like a normal pawn of course, but direct player controlled acts without the driver/gunner requirements. Because of this, these vehicles are unable to embark on caravans since they never fulfill the driver requirements, as they have no slots for passengers
I will fully admit code is not my wheelhouse, however i think adding some kind of check or flag for autonomous vehicles that do require a pawn to be present in the caravan itself would be nice. If not that , then a potential winching mechanic to be able to pull an empty vehicle along would serve similar purposes, but i think suggesting something like that fully is beyond the scope of this feature request and im sure someone has already suggested it before myself
