Game crashes when pawn is selected using "Load Pawn" but transitions out of downed state #206

Describe the bug After designating a pawn to be loaded using the "Load Pawn" tool, if the pawn transitions out of the downed state the game crashes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select vehicle
  2. Click 'Load Pawn'
  3. Select a downed pawn such as a colonist
  4. Remove blocker that is causing pawn to be downed via dev tool
  5. Game freezes
