Reaver hang on "Sending EAPOL START request" after few pins tried.

3. What is the signal strength of the Access Point you are trying to crack?

4. What is the manufacturer and model # of the device you are trying to
crack?

TP-link TL-WA801N

5. What is the entire command line string you are supplying to reaver?

sudo reaver -i mon0 -b XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX -vv  --dh-small

6. Please describe what you think the issue is.
After few pn tested reaver hang on "Sending EAPOL START request"
If I manually stop and restart it, reaver go head for few pin more and stop 
again.

The hardware of some APs are not very good, low cache, low memory. In some 
cases, when the association occurs in the AP count is restarted

In your case, I believe it will have to be patient. Gradually you get it
