The problem: The mage talent "Molten Fury" does not increase the damage of all spells to targets at or below 20% health.
How it should work: If an enemy is at 20% or less health when casting a damaging spell like for example Fireball the spell should do 20% extra damage (this applies even if the target heals up over 20% health when the spell is in mid air).
How to reproduce: Make a mage and DPS a target to 20% health or lower and notice the spell damage of your spells as you do. Now use the same spells again, the damage will be the same.
