Figure out what to do with capture events that have multiple invalid codes #43

For Seasons 1-8, we have a few. See #24

Multiple invalid codes were sorted out by hand for S8. And they shouldn't exist for seasons already in the database because the invalid code is at the capture level, not the image level.

There is one in S7. It can be removed by hand.

General solution should be to fix these issues manually in the cleaning stage.
