Reports sent to All Users #324

Hi,

daily, weekly and monthly reports are being sent to all useraccounts. It's not possible to unsubscribe single users.

I have pull request #309 in as a possible solution to address this problem.

@miketanderson @Sven69 I will have this worked out this weekend. I want to apologize for not having this reviewed quicker - crazy last few months.
