Update rake installation file to support 10.X #333

Installing Snorby requires rake 0.9.2 to be installed. It would be great if we could use the latest version of rake. As of now, the latest version in Ubuntu 12.04 is 10.1.0 (and 10.1.1 on Ubuntu 14.04 Server LTS daily build).

If you try to use rake 10.X, it fails. I don't have the error message but you can easily reproduce it.

Ok, i'll bump that dep in the next release.
