[hit_conversion] offset in drift direction #49

When building the hit from the MC, the position of the anode is given with respect to the TPC center. In case the TPC is not centered in the global axes origin, the position of the anode results shifted by half the TPC size along the drift direction.

a1ee3cfbff515f861ea90811ad6ffdfa106ca243 reads the TPC center coordinates from the geometry configuration stored in the monte carlo output file and propagates it to the channel analyzer
