Add notice when Japan-only accessories are equipped #65

Just a little "Japan-only accessory is equipped" label on the accessory panel will work. Show it when anything besides bath towel is chosen.

that girl has told me that the toga is available in the English version as well, but I've received no other sources for that at time of writing this.

There seems to be DLC-only stuff too. I'll need someone who pays more attention to the game than I do to figure out a list for this over time, but I can do the basic implementation on my own.
