Python 3.12 #142

Hi, could you plz add the support for python 3.12? thank you!

@johnisaway285 PyTorch still does not support python 3.12 so I don't think that is possible. If you want support for python 3.11, you could have a look at my fork of this repo here https://github.com/JackismyShephard/ultimate-rvc
