The realtime firebase database randomly stops working for a few seconds/mins and then starts working again. Possible issue with usage limits?

Doesnt seem to be a usage limit. Maybe sth to do with the email. When u initially put a valid email the data isnt sent. When u put an invalid email it is sent as well as when u put a valid email afterwards.
