Apply Github actions for:

• [x] pytest
• [x] Codecoverage
• [x] sphinx documentation
• [x] pypi deployment
• [x] branching system
• [x] auto update version numer in project toml
• [ ] make link to gitlab Aachen

sphinx runs on readthedocs through the .readthedocs.yaml, but apidoc (automatic module and function mapping) still works no perfect, e.g. authors and package name are not parsed from the pyproject.toml

eventually some workflow may help here: e.g. https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/apidoc
