Fix getting stuck on benches. #15

This fixes two related problems with benches when they are placed adjacent to a wall.

  1. Prevents the player from using the bench as a wall hack to see any caves or structures hidden behind the wall.
  2. Prevents the player from getting stuck on the bench unless they break the adjacent wall.
