Ability: setting a description changes the type to Action #110

Having an issue with latest update of Numenera (which I think is tied to the TinyMCE editor integration). When creating an ability and setting it to enabler whenever you paste text into the Description Text Editor it changes the Enabler field to Action on saving. When you try to change back to enabler and save it gives an error message that Cost cannot be 0

Fixed in 0.16.1
