Figured I'd Separate This Into A Unique Issue From #418

The Idea Is "Uncomplicated In It's Design". It Reduces Magic Damage. Yeah That's It. It Really Is That Shrimple.

Magic Protection Enchantment

Level I: 8% Magical Damage Resistance Per Armour Piece (32% full set) Level II: 16% Magical Damage Resistance Per Armour Piece (64% full set) Level III: 24% Magical Damage Resistance Per Armour Piece (80% full set) Level IV: 32% Magical Damage Resistance Per Armour Piece (80% full set) Incompatible With Other Protection Enchantments

If This Seems High, It's The Exact Same As The Other Specific-Protection Enchantments. That Is, Fire Protection, Blast Protection, And Projectile Protection. Caps At 80% Like All Of Them As Well.
