new website and updated versions of old libraries

Hello @Solumin , so, in this pr i made some changes, that are discused below.

Update versions of libraries:

• Bootstrap 4.5
• Jquery 3.5.1

HTML/CSS :

• New index page
• about page updated and now appears in the navbar.
• added lazy loading for images.
• new ux / ui

JS:

• new function to display a danger message for input == " " or not found in the database.
• removed duplicated files like taffy db in the main directory, only one it's okay and it's in the js folder.
• new function to create a side card with the info of the monster or not, featuring, stars, code, description. (I'm still need to fix this)
• fixed the way to render fusions in search result before => if (card) => create fusion obj table and map now => if (card) => check (card.fusion.length > 0) if true => create fusion obj and map

quick example:

• https://solumin.github.io/YGO-FM-FusionCalc/ => type kuriboh in search result => map something that doesn't exists and make fusion table for 0 elements.
• https://falsepopsky.github.io/YGO-FM-FusionCalc/fusion-search.html => type kuriboh search result => nothing appears because array it's empty

I am absolutely blown away that my little silly side project is still getting attention. Thank you very much for doing this! Web programming was never really my thing, so I am more than happy to see PRs like this one.

Out of curiosity, what motivated you to do this?

I like yugioh, and this is my favourite game from the series, also i was working on a side project that includes ygo. so like 3 months ago i started searching and found this one.
