fixed bug when date of latest update shown at sks menu screen didn't reflect date of latest check (please see screenshot)
order of the sections now resembles original sks menu website
updated one translation

@mmzek your task that refers to show old menu when sks's closed should be now a lot easier to implement since we have access to isMenuOnline variable in the presentation layer
