Added Hide Options for Character Name and Level and HP Bars. Re-ordered menu options to be more uniform in presentation. Reworded a few menu options for clarity. Changed the menu wording (not the lua functions) from "Invulnerability" to "Invincibility" to reflect Ephinea PSO Wiki's information on Mags. Took out menu wording about TP since the add-on doesn't currently present TP.
