Pause menu #20

Reset Manual control option Other config options Swap camera views (both like follow/cinematic but also forwards/left/etc. on-robot cameras) Field-oriented vs robot-oriented show/hide HUD and stuff

pause menu. should pause the simulator, all publishers/subscribers, etc.

there are bugs and stuff but the pause menu is there and working so I am closing this
