The breather (spawn) page mentions in documentation:

*YOUR PERSONAL NOTES AND HINTS SHOULD GO IN THE breather/doc PAGE DO NOT EDIT HERE*

The breather/doc part is incorrect and should be 'Breather (spawn)/doc' same probably happens for the other renamed monsters via name_hacks.py
