[Suggestion] Make Ores Processable with Mekanism #9

As the title entails, make it so that you can process the ore chunks from HF with Mekanism's blocks such as the Enrichment Chamber and the Chemical Injection Chamber.

I haven't used the 1.16 version as there is already a mod that backports 1.17's ore drop mechanics for 1.16, but the 1.12 version of this mod completely lacks the ability to process ores through Mekanism.

The ore chunks are registered with tags, this would need to be done on Mekanism’s end.

I have also moved on from modding Minecraft, so Feel free to fork and build your own version if functionality you desire is missing.
