[Alpha 1.16.7.2] Unable to Change Colors on NextGenCheckin Theme

Description

When editing the NextGenCheckin Theme, you are able to edit the Primary Colors as well as the Interface and Success Colors (under Advance Setting), but the changes you make do not save.

Actual Behavior

Changes to colors on the NextGenCheckin Theme do not save.

Expected Behavior

Changes to colors on the NextGenCheckin Theme should save.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to https://rockrmslatest.com/admin/cms/themes/9eVlowl1Ro
• Edit the theme and change the colors.
• Save
• Go back into the theme and see changes did not save.

I can confirm this behavior. I wasn't sure if it was because it's a system theme.
