NOTE: I am unable to reproduce this on the demo site, as I'm having a separate issue there. The demo site is running 16.4, but my local Rock installation is 16.5. I think that's why.

Actual Behavior
Calendar exclusions don't export to ICS files.
Events that shouldn't exist (because those dates have been excluded in Rock) are nonetheless present in the calendar export.
Expected Behavior
Calendar exclusions should export
Steps to Reproduce
In Rock 16.5,
Create any calendar event
Set an exclusion date
Export ICS file for this calendar
Subscribe to the ICS file anywhere
Exclusions are missing from the output; that is, events are present even on days that have been specified as "exclusions" to the recurrence pattern

@jacksojourn After reviewing the issue, I'm happy to share that the issue has been resolved in v16.7 with #6024. Since the issue is resolved, I will go ahead and close the issue.
