Check user type when logging in

If a user is logged in but is not an admin we should redirect them to the library instead of the dashboard, currently any logged in user can access the dashboard

In case @brianmuks is still occupied and doesn't get a chance to unblock you, we can basically do this

• I can add a field in the users collection for all existing users (maybe like hasAccess or isAdmin, or something alike)
• Then we can check this field on login so that we know whether to redirect to library or dashboard
• We can then add a way to update other users in the dashboard to have this property in case they need access.

This would be a good start then we can use a proper permission once it is ready.
