Wondering if this plugin is still being maintained? Security scanners are beginning to flag it as an "abandoned plugin".

From Wordfence scanner:

The Plugin "SparkPost" appears to be abandoned (updated April 30, 2018, tested to WP 4.9.15).

Indeed, this seems to be a bit of an issue. The full text from the Wordfence security plugin:

Plugin Name: SparkPost Current Plugin Version: 3.2.0 Last Updated: 2018-04-30

Details: It was last updated 2 years 2 months ago and tested up to WordPress 4.9.15. Plugins can be removed from wordpress.org for various reasons. This can include benign issues like a plugin author discontinuing development or moving the plugin distribution to their own site, but some might also be due to security issues. In any case, future updates may or may not be available, so it is worth investigating the cause and deciding whether to temporarily or permanently replace or remove the plugin.

Worth noting that it's WordPress policy to red flag plugins that have not seen an update across 3 major updates of the WP platform which is now at version 5.4.2. This plugin is now substantially out of date.
