The data files in "tests/data/catalog" seem broken, which breaks the example notebooks "examples/catalog.ipynb" and probably "examples/to_database.ipynb."
This in turn is breaking the pull request test on hcp: https://github.com/SpatioTemporal/STAREPandas/actions/runs/4088013724/jobs/7049202027
I downloaded the files and panoply does not understand them.
