Tested on Ubuntu 20.04 and Windows. I made some fixes after testing with Windows, so I will do it again tomorrow. Should mostly be ready to merge.

In future PR: 1) mouse controls in third person (and 2D modes?) 2) pointcloud normal coloring 3) now screen is rendered only when vio output is available -> laggy with offline settings (e.g. nerf_to_replay.py). 4) slam::Map mesh reconstruction rendering 5) other feature requests?
