docs: update install code for MacOS #1082

Update docs as this can now be installed with brew install hoverfly by https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/136714 . Created PR without creating an issue because of the minor changes.

You might want to revisit this. That new brew formula doesn't appear to make the hoverctl utility available, which is at odds with the rest of the hoverfly documentation.

@aejay that's unfortunate, I will revert this doc update until the official brew formula is fixed.
