Catalan Localisation #517

@franclina this is the follow up for the localisation into ca. I can put together a set of spreadsheets for the localisation which I usually share via Google drive. Normally I use English as reference language for translation. However, I can generate the relevant material using French as reference language. Let me know what you prefer.
