[Bug] Mouse cant be bound for push to talk mode #205

I'm using program called X-Mouse button control to disable mouse 4 previous page navigation functionality, so i can use it in discord as push to talk button, but Dorion doesn't detect it as being pressed, when discord do. Even when X-Mouse is disabled trying to bind Dorion does nothing.

I don't use anything to block the previous page behaviour, but I use Mouse 4 for PTT in most apps/programs. Usually most apps disable that kind of thing when listening for a bind, but unfortunately Dorian doesn't seem to (at least for this action), so trying to bind it immediately tries to go back or something.

Would be nice to see this fixed, Dorion seems promising but this makes it a non-starter for me.
