Describe the bug On Windows (not Linux, unsure about macOS), resizing the window can be quite laggy

To Reproduce Click and drag a corner of the window around a bunch

Expected behavior Resizing and DOM changes should be at least sorta smooth

System Info (please complete the following information):

Additional context Will probably just do what's described in this Tauri issue.
