Object embeds into another #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Took an object from another SU project for testing SP.  (See attached file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since objects can't have holes, I expected that each object would pile up on 
each other.  However, the middle ring (well, top ring) dropped half way through 
the bottom ring.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SP 3.2 SU 8.0.15158

Please provide any additional information below.
The meaning to life, the universe and everything is 42.
