Add Release Notes and Publish to plugins.gradle.org #24

The latest releases have no release notes so it's difficult to see what's changed. Additionally, the latest releases are not available on plugins.gradle.org. If this is no longer the place to install the plugin from, perhaps the README can be updated to reflect that.

This issue has been resolved in SpongeGradle 1.0.0+
