Dashboard - Trying to Open the Graph for 'Y' (Year) when the user is offline should show an offline alert message #2

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Go offline in the mobile and open any health parameter from the Dashboard
  2. Select 'Y' to display graph for the Year

    Actual Result:

Nothing is Displayed

Expected Result:

Alert message should be displayed as "Only one month data available offline"

Precondition:

Health Parameter values to be present already.
