fixed wrong config validation (and fixed generated config) #118

fixes #113

  1. fabric is not affected
  2. this will fix nothing (much). internally forge doesn't do any special "handling" for collections, it just redirects to "define" with the same predicate.

i merge this to fix the default regression. but v3 must be using OmegaConfig
