This is a follow-up to #1 and updates the README for Japanese MT-Bench as follows:

Add a quickstart for Japanese MT-Bench
Explicitly add --bench-name japanese_mt_bench parameter for all example commands
Update radar graph (and colab notebook for generating the radar graph)
