Add mock event for events page synthetic test #1602

We want to create a fake mocked event that we can use to do a more complete events page assertion.

Based on what I discussed with @lucasrmp-cb, we want to create a config to enable it in our internal config page.

We decided to not complicate synthetic tests for now, so we decided to just do a simple page test instead of testing the entire events page user flow
