Please add either a linebreak or space between paragraphs so that we can tell that the second half of this warning is a separate warning. Also add a sentence that says something like "You will need to select Reindex Blockchain from the Actions menu before restarting the Bitcoin service." I thought it was all one warning notification while adjusting my settings to disable pruning and only found out that I had to manually click Reindex by seeing the crash report in the Bitcoin logs.
OR you could make it a popup window that says "Warning: saving these settings will require a full resync and could take several days! Click Save to continue" and then it just automatically resyncs after saving.
