Invitations that do not specify account fail with error: Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to Invitation::setAccount() must be an instance of Account, null given, called in .../users/classes/Invitation.php on line 415 and defined in .../users/classes/Invitation.php on line 655, referer: .../users/invitations.php
