ANT-GGH-HEL doesn't define measure scale #157

The cube represents "Anteil nach Grundgesamtheit, Heimatland". It is difficult to understand what the numbers actually represent. Mainly, it does not define:

share of WHAT
measurement scale (is it % ?)
