Kennzahl can be queried separately #166

I think right now Kennzahl & Dimensions are from a class POV the same, that should be adjusted:

Align with cube.link vocab

Kennzahl are cube:MeasureDimension as well, needs to be adjusted here https://github.com/StatistikStadtZuerich/APD/issues/97#issuecomment-1173563850
