Raumebene vs. RaumFilter #169

What exactly is the difference here? Should everything be a DefinedTermSet? If so, do they have to be selected independently? This could only be done if we add another class to one of them at least.

Raumebene kann im Moment ignoriert werden, für die TermSets ist momentan nur RaumFilter relevant.
