Calculate and Display Game Statistics #152

I had implemented this previously, but then got rid of it to remove complexity and ship the game as a whole. However, it would be nice to have this feature. It could be added after the V1 game is released.

Include a "Statistics" Activity that the user can access from the Main Menu.
