Add 'discovered' parameter for sectors #enhancement #21

Discovered sectors are not explored. People can actually see the map underneath but no other information besides the marks on the map. It represents the fact the a stalker already passed through that sector a long time before, hence the People of the Ark have knowledge of the geography but the information about threats may have changed since.

I actually cloned your repo. I may create a PR soon if you want to include my changes.
