[BUG] : Psionic Link not giving Psioinic Theory #508

The civic Psionic Link says it gives the tech Psionic Theory at game start. When I go to check which society techs have been researched, I don't see Psionic Theory in the list. I think this is just a localization error, but I'm not sure.

This is working now, at least in my testing. If it was broken on the workshop version it should get fixed in today's update.
