Homogenize license sections #30

This will help make the licenses machine-readable, so that desktop Stellarium could mark them with color, add a description etc.

Should this not also include code to make sure a license has been given, and check it's a valid/known one?

Not sure what you mean. The parsing works similarly to the case with the old format: if a license is not recognized, it will be described as "unknown".
