Add and manage notes for care tips.

Value Proposition

As a user

I want to create, edit, and delete individual notes for each specific care tip

so that I can have personalized information for every tip and manage my plant care more effectively.

Each care tip has its own dedicated note section, separate from others.
A modal or inline form opens, allowing users to input a title and description for the note.
The note is saved and appears in the respective care tip’s note section.

Users can delete a note by clicking a “Delete” icon on the note.
A success message (e.g., “Note successfully deleted”) is displayed, and the note is removed from the section.

Notes are displayed only within the section of the care tip they are associated with.
Each note displays the title, description, and creation timestamp.

[ ] Create the “Create Note” button and form for input.
[ ] Develop a NoteCard component to display saved notes.

[ ] Add Edit and Delete functionality with icons for each note.
[ ] Implement a toast message for “Note deleted”.
[ ] Ensure notes are stored in localStorage.
[ ] Style the notes section to match the page design.
