LeafoPhp to ScssPhp version 1.0.9 #44

HI there, since LeafoPhp is deprecated I used the recommended drop in replacement "ScssPhp" with version 1.0.9.

I am not so very familiar with git/GitHub so please don't hit me. ;-)
